I have had the Geek Squad protection plan for longer than I can remember and would not want to be without it. I am not a computer whiz and I often find myself auto dialing Geek Squad and someone there always has the answers that I need. I have recently upgraded to the super plan and as a result my four recently purchased appliances have all been delivered and installed for free. Today I purchased a computer and as a result of my plan the data transfer is free. In one year I have saved what I have paid for plan for the past number of years. My payments are annual and automatic. A very painless way to get the help that I need.

We get this service every year. Great for servicing our computers. We just purchased a refrigerator a couple of days ago and got a 10% discount because of it and saved $330! Definitely worth it!

Excellent product, however, I brought my Dell computer for repair and was advised by the Geek Squad repairman that my computer could not be repaired as there were no parts available and there was too much damage to my computer. I purchased the new computer. ! year later i asked my 15 year old grandson t look at it. he had it repaired 2 hours later with parts purchased at another store. I cancelled my Geek Squad membership. very unhappy with geek squad, but love the computer.

This subscription it’s been working for me pretty good, I would definitely recommend to buy this if you frequently buy things from bestbuy, or even if you buy one or two products a year, the product might not be returnable after 2 months but you have the chance to take your product to get it fix, and if it doesn’t gets fix you probably gonna get what you paid for your product or an exchange, either way you might be satisfied, that’s how it been for me, thank you bestbuy :)

Even though you guys sell great products, I always to have the extra protection on a item, just in case something happens.

Complete installation by the Geek Squad went very well. The computer is significantly better than our old HP desk top. The Geek Squad tech guided me through the changes from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Use over the last week has been great with fast response to keyboard inputs. Very happy with the purchase.

The BestBuy total membership is 100% Worth the investment. It has saved paid for itself several times over.

I know very little about electronics, but I have always had excellent help from the Geek Squad. I feel better that, if something goes wrong, I can bring in my computer and any problems will be resolved. I recommend the Best Buy Protection plan

Excellent tower, slots, speed, quality. I have had zero issues with the system from day one. Love it. The Geek Squad did a great job transferring my data from my old tower to this one. The tower came on sale two weeks after I purchased it, and I received the new lower price. Happy all around.
