Have been able to use this protection plan easily in the past few years.

This is such a durable, reliable machine that I don't believe that it really needs extended protection of any sort, but it's so affordable (and one never knows)....why not? Very friendly and a pleasure to use. I'm old and beginning to mentally deteriorate, but I still scan to do pdfs for health care submissions, read the paper, listen to Amazon Music, Zoom, and read my Kindle books. I don't need superfast pc or monitor for gaming cuz I'm past that, but it is more than adequate for the word processing, etc that I do.

I haven't had to use Best Buy Protection yet, and I've been paying for it for years, but given that Best Buy seems to be moving away from a service model and into... well, i'm not sure what they're looking to do other than try to put themselves out of business, I'm expecting it's either not there when I need it, or having to fight with Best Buy about it when it comes time.

We got the product protection and have not yet needed to use it, but peace of mind really has no price.

I have to say, the service provided by Squad team is absolutely fantastic and worth every penny. I recently needed help changing my PC case (long story), and they not only suggested the best option but also completed the job in record time and with precision. Though I hope to not require this service again, I feel confident that if I ever need it, the Squad team will provide excellent service with their knowledge and expertise.

This is my first PC so I don't have a baseline to go off of. However, so far it has exceeded my expectations. The fans can get a tad bit loud but it isn't a big deal when I am gaming with my headset on!
