Not too much I can say here because I have only used this service one time. But the one time I needed it, it was there for me and everything wen't smoothly. Warranties are just like insurance, you hate to pay for it and rarely use it to justify the cost, BUT..... when you do need it, you're glad you have it. I'm glad to always have my Best Buy Total Tech warranties on all my purchases.

Every time ive needed assistance I was given great customer service and issues solved.

I have had the Geek Squad protection plan for longer than I can remember and would not want to be without it. I am not a computer whiz and I often find myself auto dialing Geek Squad and someone there always has the answers that I need. I have recently upgraded to the super plan and as a result my four recently purchased appliances have all been delivered and installed for free. Today I purchased a computer and as a result of my plan the data transfer is free. In one year I have saved what I have paid for plan for the past number of years. My payments are annual and automatic. A very painless way to get the help that I need.

To me everything that is sold by Best Buy is the best of the best and I feel the same way about their staff. Knowledgeable, caring employees. It’s always a pleasure to shop there because you know that all they carry are the best products out there.

The geek squad moved all my data from my old PC to my new one. They installed my microsoft . This was all done in a few days and I was pleased with it all.

my new computer crashed because of a corrupted windows 11 update. All was restored at no cost due to this protection as well as geek squad support

I've not had occasion to use the protection as yet but am relieved it is there in case I need.

Excellent product, however, I brought my Dell computer for repair and was advised by the Geek Squad repairman that my computer could not be repaired as there were no parts available and there was too much damage to my computer. I purchased the new computer. ! year later i asked my 15 year old grandson t look at it. he had it repaired 2 hours later with parts purchased at another store. I cancelled my Geek Squad membership. very unhappy with geek squad, but love the computer.

IHAving the BEST BUY protection is the ONLLY way to purchase electronics equipment. Many things can happen to electronics and having the protection men’s peace of mind

This subscription it’s been working for me pretty good, I would definitely recommend to buy this if you frequently buy things from bestbuy, or even if you buy one or two products a year, the product might not be returnable after 2 months but you have the chance to take your product to get it fix, and if it doesn’t gets fix you probably gonna get what you paid for your product or an exchange, either way you might be satisfied, that’s how it been for me, thank you bestbuy :)

24 month protection on an HP OmniDesk Desktop that cost over $800.
