I am a lifelong term and loyal HP Customer. My old computers had the CD/DVD that my family and I truly enjoyed a whole lot and we miss not having this feature. The portable add on is an added additional extra consumers customers extra financial expensive cost and a savings for HP charges much higher costs while saving money in a bad economy, inflation etc.

Initially, I regretted my decision to pay $200 for an extended warranty. That is until my gaming computer died. Thankfully, I was able to replace it with no questions asked, and as long as I continue to purchase the extended warranty yearly, I will have coverage for 2 years. I wish I would have purchased some major appliances under this plan.

you can always go back and get things cleaned and fixed
