I installed the protection plan as soon as I started using my new Dell computer and I have to say, I am quite satisfied with this program. It has blocked adds and phishing popups as well. I highly recommend this product.

I held on to my old HP for 8 years! And waited too long. Didn't know what to replace it with. BB employee showed be all the options, but I chose to "settle" for this NEW HP. Boy was I wrong! This one has instantaneous speed, 12 second boot up, and an excellent graphics card. Didn't all those lights and massive power units (not a gamer). I knew that computers got better after 8 years, but this still blew me away. Buy it now...

I've been using my HP Envy desktop for several weeks and am figuring out Windows 11 as I move forward. The neat thing about Geek Squad support is they are always there to help! Sometimes when we are all calling at the same time, they get backed up, but never fail to respond! I'm pleased and impressed with their support and do indeed recommend to everyone, if you are not a Geek yourself, get the Geek Squad on your speed dial!

Total Tech has more than paid for itself over the last year. As a matter of fact, it has done so multiple times over. The time came to renew this plane and I happily did so. It feels great to have so much added protection for electronic equipment considering that you never know when you might have some issues. And Best Buy is great at honoring the coverage. No issues so far.

Get it. Purchased an all-in-one in November for a Xmas gift. Day arrives and we have a duplicate. Typically after 30 days their is no chance of a refund, but with Total Tech it’s extended to 60. This made the return really easy and pain free. Also with the return I purchased myself an IMac and due to membership not only did I receive a discount, I also got free 2 day shipping, and AppleCare free for 24 months, among other freebies. Pricey but pays for itself.

Great little computer for a starting gaming computer, an AMD ryzen 5700 G It's not the X, but the G so it's upgradable as long as you get another power supply and put it at 1600 graphics card in it. Cheap upgrade but huge benefit. but it's ready right out of the box.

This was a great investment. Got it for my son, who was 11 at the time, for his gaming he does online and he loves it! It is for sure his favorite thing and the graphics card has worked well for all of the games he plays. Vary happy with this purchase.
