Best Buy stood behind it when the 4.5 yo computer stopped in the Geek squad. They made good and I am delighted with the service. Now I purposefully shop at Best Buy for the warranty. Canon printer and Samsung sound bar added in the last week alone. Next up, electric stove!

Had to bu a new computer. Don't like laptop & wanted a nice desktop. This is similar to my old computer except it's windows 11. With all the crazy apps. In my opinion the old computers were better. Liked windows XP a lot better. other than that This new Dell is Great.

So very grateful to have Best Buy Protection! My computer was hacked before Christmas, as well as another personal account. The hacker tried to purchase well over several hundred dollars in gift cards. Best Buy fixed my computer, and my other account has also been fixed! Very scary!!!!!

Just having the Best Buy Protection plan for my desktop is worth the small monthly cost. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I have a place to ask for help and/or a way to have my device serviced without the ridiculously enormous cost of other computer repair shops.

Always a good idea to have protection for awhile, especially when you're not real techy.

My three week old iPad slid down my leg and fell onto the floor cracking the screen! We had purchased the protection plan and so happy we did! We went to Best Buy and spoke with the Geek Squad. They said that they would send the iPad to the APPLE repair shop and we would probably get a refurbished iPad back. When we went to pick up our iPad, APPLE had sent a brand new one !!! Hurray for protection plans!

I held on to my old HP for 8 years! And waited too long. Didn't know what to replace it with. BB employee showed be all the options, but I chose to "settle" for this NEW HP. Boy was I wrong! This one has instantaneous speed, 12 second boot up, and an excellent graphics card. Didn't all those lights and massive power units (not a gamer). I knew that computers got better after 8 years, but this still blew me away. Buy it now...

I've been using my HP Envy desktop for several weeks and am figuring out Windows 11 as I move forward. The neat thing about Geek Squad support is they are always there to help! Sometimes when we are all calling at the same time, they get backed up, but never fail to respond! I'm pleased and impressed with their support and do indeed recommend to everyone, if you are not a Geek yourself, get the Geek Squad on your speed dial!
