Been using this computer for just over 1 year and it's working well. Not sure how it compares to others but for a retired person-it's doing everything I need. I did opt to keep my old keyboard because I like it better than the keyboard that came with the computer.

Reasonable as it covers multiple devices. Hopefully I will not need to use it during the coverage period. It offers utmost peace of mind

Well worth it, in my opinion. Much better than the standard most businesses sell.

We are seniors and not very tech knowledgeable. I purchased Totaltech to ensure the new computer would be set up properly. If I tried to set it up, it would most likely still be in the box. The technician was excellent. He knew what and how to set up the system to be compatible with my existing equipment. He even made excellent suggestions so my system would be more efficient.

almost never have any issues with my products but when i do this plan makes it stress free and easy to get fixed.

Having the protection plan gives piece of mind, we purchase alot through bestbuy and having the protection plan is a must. Purchasing a new PC having the protection plan is a must, electronics arent made like they used to be!

You do not get hosed buying the warranty. We have not had any issues with anything we have purchased, but that does not matter. The value is in the extras that come with the protection and then if anything was going to happen you are also covered. Its a good deal.

I was a little leery about paying for any extra warranty but I'm so glad I did! They actually came to my house to fix a problem I was having with an app. He was right on time and obviously very kowledgeable. Best money I ever paid for peace of mind.
