This little computer was so much faster than my old dell that I was amazed how quickly I could navigate through various apps Thank you Geek Squad for transferring the information from my old one. Great purchase

Best Buy Protection is worth the money and my peace of mind. I get Best Buy Protection for every purchase of electronics.

My computer was damaged during the June storm, so I bought another from Best Buy. I really wanted my data from the damaged computer but there was no way to get it to work. I took it to the Geek Squad, and they were able to transfer everything over and get my new computer all set up.

I like that everything you buy goes under the same protection.

I been using this PC for a month now and it has to be the best PC I ever use.

Total protection plan is a great item to purchase have used a few time for problems I was having with a computer I had previously purchase a couple of years ago and geek squad fixed the problem I was having

Computer works well; there's been a learning curve since I'd been making do with a tablet for several years. The new computer came with a newer operating system than even the computer I use at work. I've just about got my e-mail accounts synchronized with those on my mobile devices.

Comes in handy when you need Geek Squad to fix your Gaming Computer!

I received 24 months of protection for my new computer, but you don't get it unless you have a Best Buy Total membership. Kind of an expensive service policy.

They will protect you, but first you got to pay them what you would cost for a airpods pro headset.

great plan. worth the cost. really like the extra 2 year warranty on my devices.

Way better than expected to be i haven't had any problems playing any games

My wife's PC died and she would not let me get her a new one. Finally I talked her in to it for an Anniversary Present. Then the other day my older model died. So I she Made me buy one just like hers. I just got it fired up. Well it was my anniversary too.

This is a good protection plan to have on your devices and the good thing about it. Is it covers as many devices as you buy?

....the best plan ever to come from best buy. this has saved me so much money already from getting my 8k tv worked on, to changing out SSD on 2 of my laptops- all for free under this paid plan... ive switched to buying everything electronic at BB now as anything i buy gets covered automatically - exceptional

The Geek that visited me to install my new computer was amazing to watch. I have to admit I couldn't keep up with what he was doing & then suddenly boom!! He was done. I have to admit I was nervous until he turned everything on & calmly introduced me to my new computer. All is well. P. D.
