Great service as always with our local Best Buy. My son loves the desktop PC. He now has something to program with, play with friends, do school work, etc.

I have been using Geek Squad for several years. They have saved me time and money on my computers and printers. They installed tv's and new sound system. I would have spent far more on individual repairs and installations if I hadn't had Geek Squad

Cost is a little more than I would want, but the service saves me money in other ways by giving greater sale prices on things I need and has discounted some repairs.

Any time that I ever make a purchase from Best Buy, I always purchase the protection plan, and many times they have stood on their end of the purchase agreement and either repaired or replaced whatever purchased item that I brought to their attention. It is definitely worth the purchase

Great computer Fast and easy to use. Has a lot of features I may not use but for the price and I looked around before purchasing this model you can't beat it. Only thing is does not have a cd drive but not a deal breaker.

havent used it a lot, but when I did, it was awesome. Need to take a computer in soon. Did fix one tv that quit. BUt if the screen cracks won't replace.. And won't cover batter replacement for Ipad. Had to buy a new one. But they fix my computer etc. And are really nice folks. Smart.

I tend to get the Best Buy Protection plan because you never know what'll happen if you don't.

This is the first time I have use a Ryzen system and I'm a big fan of Ryzen of it now. I have use Intel for years upon using Rysen 7 system, I know now why other's like it so much. It is fast processing is amazing.
