This computer is very fast compared to my old windows 10 There is one problem I did not notice when i bought this windows 11, it does not have a cd/dvd player/recorder. I am not able to put my older programs on this without buying them again

they help when there is a problem and if they can't fix it then they took the computer back for a new one

Seems to be a good begginner tower the only game that slightly struggled to play for me was apex the graphics were choppy when i first logged in but i messed with a couple setting snd runs smooth now

Had to replace my old unit and unfortunately the processor I wanted was not in stock. But this one is fine; it's fast, has enough USB ports, and was easy to set up. It's a bit larger than I wanted but works great.

I have always had good experiences when I need help with my electronic devices.

i will not have data if i had not gotten protection for all my tech

I was glad that I purchased one of these. I really needed one for all the upgrades I made on my 2 PC's, one of which I bought new and had it upgraded immediately afterwards. I had to buy the parts only, which I had to do to make the upgrades that I wanted and needed to make anyways. It makes perfect sense to get tech support for expensive electronics I just bought.

Desktop computer seems to function fine. It has Windows 11 which I am not familiar with and some items are hard to understand such as turning on the scan option on my HP printer.

This is an absolute need if you are investing in tech!

I didn't notice it only comes with 8GB of RAM, and because of that it is not always the top frame rates, which I would've expected for this price. But overall it is an excellent computer. I put in some new RAM sticks and now I can't see myself needing a new computer anytime in the future. The format makes it so that it is really easy to change out parts and I will just upgrade parts as needed.

This is a great program to help protect your purchase.

Good speed and good multitasking abilities, no glitches for almost a year now. The unit does not have an optical drive (ok by me, I download), plenty of ports and easy to open to clean out.

I am enjoying using my new HP Intel Core computer very much. The screen is bright and easy to see. I needed help to set it up since I am not a techy person, but directions were easy to follow. Only problem I had was no one told me where the on off switch was so after a power outage I was lost as to how to get it up and running again.

Had to replace my old tower and am a basic user on the internet. Found this one on line and it serves my needs well and didn't break the bank purchasing it. I did have to buy a separate DVD player since it doesn't come with one, but the cost was still way less than upgrading to a unit with a bullt in one.

You can never go wrong with ever getting protection for your devices or products you just purchased. If anything was to ever happen i know that either my device is getting fixed free of charge or will be replaced for free, i mean what more could you ask for.
