I’m not the brightest bulb when it comes to figuring out computers so I purchased the protection plan. Besides my new computer, best purchase ever. I’ve already had to call them once and they didn’t make me feel like a complete idiot, even though I felt like one. Very respectful, helpful and knowledgeable.

When i went to purchase our Dell windows 11 I was asked if I wanted to purchase a Best Buy Protection for $200. It covers any time we need the computer serviced and also if I need a Geek to come out for any problems. I would advise anyone to purchase this.

I have this on all computers I have bought from BestBuy.

I am so glad I invested the money in this computer. It's fast. I needed fast because I work from home and have multiple windows open at once. Best computer I've ever owned.

Needed a new WD device to replace the one I have that I don't trust not to go bad on me. That happened before so I'm going to set this one up to prevent the data loss that comes when a external HD goes bad.

Excellent computer replacing a 12 year old one. It needed an explanation booklet for set up - even a simple one. None was included making setup a little more difficult and not sure I got it all right, but the computer is working well.

I love the Best Buy protection plan when my phone messed up I was able to take it in and get it fixed.

Well, any protection that they offer is gonna be really good because nothing like having a piece of mind knowing that you're protected

I like the computer for the ease of operation. Wish it had a built in CD player/reader but I sacrificed it to have a computer that would be compatible with the photo enhancement program I wanted. Love the keyboard and mouse that came with it! Works great!!!

Good support from the Geek Squad under this plan on 2 occasions. However its very difficult to speak with a real person and therefore to accomplish the changes/repair needed. And at one point I spent 3 hours on the phone with 3 different people to find the problem. So more of a Geek Squad problem than the plan itself.

Glad I spent the money to be a total member. Not having to worry about repairs or replacement on high dollar items gives me peace of mind

We have two of these computers. They are a great addition to our workforce. We have one at home and one at our shop and are presently hoping to get a second one for our shop. I only wish it had a sound card.
