Monthly warranty and total tech support are the best

Glad to be covered in the time of prolems. I like the fact of my salesperson recommending me to get this extra protection. Previous computer purchase I didn't get coverage.

This computer seems pretty darned good. However, I'm not quite giving it a five star rating yet, simply because I haven't had it long enough. The HP Envy looks like, and operates like, a very good computer at a very good price. I purchased mine for $799 ($200 discount). AI like this computer. And, I would recommend it to others, as well.

If you need a desktop this machine is great. It has handled everything I've thrown at it. It is definitely a workhorse. Can be on all day and not have any issues at all.

I cannot do without my total Best Buy protection plans. Lightening has killed a surge protector, one smart tv and router in one afternoon lightening storm. Alone, this year my warranty protection has saved me around $700.00.

This is a great value especially for a minimally tech saavy user. They did a data transfer from my laptop to new HP desktop (Purchased at Best Buy) They also cleaned up my HP laptop (Purchased elsewhere several yrs ago) by removing bloatware and speeded it up GREAT VALUE!

The protection plan is the best of all the companies in my opinion.

I had an old computer that was 10 + years old. It was time for that UPGRADE. This was at a good price and boy did I make a good purchase. It doesnt take up to much space... which is good for my desk. One Happy Customer

We have protection on all our electronics with Best Buy. They stand up to their protection plan.

I have been pleased with my Best Buy annual virus protection plan. Also, am happy that I also receive notices at times that no problems have been detected, etc.

Best Buy geek squad was excellent in setting up my computer. And when i had an issue with one of the apps, they came out to fix the problem. They were knowledgeable, answered my questions, and showed up on time.

Love best buy warranty. Never had a problem when needing to do a claim. I don't have claims often, but when and if i do. It is never a problem. Highly recommend getting it.

It is basically and insurance policy in the event that something goes wrong. Any mechanical, or electronic can fail sooner or later...and it could be an expensive repair.
