Protection plan covers so many issues worth the cost to get. And can be used on different items

Shout out to Ms. Savanah at best buy she really helped us with signing up with the protection plan, and its not expensive either.

So far we haven’t had to use our extended warranty plan. But to be able to replace the item bought no matter what is wrong with it and you leave same day with new one for a small fee. Can’t beat that!

Great but too costly. If you’re buying great products then you don’t have a lot of problems therefore you have paid a lot for nothing.

Purchased again due to new computers bought there and although last year was not very good so far this year is going well. I have been pleased in the past and hope to be again. Realizing Covid played a big part in the service I am hoping for the best this time.

For those that are not tech savvy, this is an absolute worthwhile investment. Geek Squad techs will contact you in advance for installation of any device. I've had GS set up my printer, computer tower and TV in the past 2 months. Great experience every time.

This is the 3rd PC we have purchased for our office and they have great spread and can easily handle multiple applications running at one time with out slowing down performance or lagging.

I needed to upgrade my 2014 Dell but didn’t need a huge graphics card or anything extra and this does the job plenty of RAM and cpu storage it great

This was a good find with Totaltech pricing and additional warranty through Totaltech at no cost add to the value. The device is quick and has plenty of juice to run several programs at a time. A leap ahead of my previous device.
