I have been a member of the Best Buy Protection (Geek Squad) for approximately 25 years. They have always been there to rescue me and my problems not only with my computers, but TV also. They have been so helpful, even coming to my house. They are my fix it angels.

I absolutely recommend this for anyone who purchases from Best Buy as they'll protect your items!

This is just peace of mind to have all your stuff transferred to the new tower the geek squad did it took just a few days was worth every penny knowing you information is all intacked with the new tower

I am no tech person -- not even close, so I had BB do the transfer and set up, and really couldn't ask for a smoother transition. I would recommend Warren for the set up. He was very knowledgeable and fast. He was so great and answered all my questions.
