It was an easy set up for my teen daughter and it is fast.

Looks excellent, on the face it is awesome price however customer service is trash and the GPU was doa on arrival. I bought this and used very lightly for online based work and within few days my screen said couldn't find a source, called customer service and they wanted me to pay to have it shipped back to California so they could figure out the issue. Over $100 to get a brand new computer diagnosed, no thanks. Took it into best buy and Geek squad called within an hour and explained the GPU was dead. It is really a shame because the case is excellent & beautiful, hardware is great value for the money, but customer service is trash.
