Looks excellent, on the face it is awesome price however customer service is trash and the GPU was doa on arrival. I bought this and used very lightly for online based work and within few days my screen said couldn't find a source, called customer service and they wanted me to pay to have it shipped back to California so they could figure out the issue. Over $100 to get a brand new computer diagnosed, no thanks. Took it into best buy and Geek squad called within an hour and explained the GPU was dead. It is really a shame because the case is excellent & beautiful, hardware is great value for the money, but customer service is trash.

Great pre-built PC, and it took a few minutes to officially set it up, but it was due to the RAM sticks, but other than that, I am ecstatic to own such an amazing first PC.

Bought this for a young teenager as a starter gaming PC, this thing will play almost anything on high and leave you with a smile
