    One of the best decisions was to get this service. My family spends alot of money on electronics and devices and to have this gives me a peace of mind. The devices are sometimes not working so good and this helps greatly.

    Fixes to desktops can be awfully expensive. Being a Totaltech member and automatically having the two-year coverage is great insurance.

    We always add a warranty to anything we buy. Even though we have total tech services, it is always nice to know there is a warranty incase something happens.

    Great unit. Fast, efficient, plenty of USB ports. I had to buy an external CD, but that was OK, since I knew it came without one. SSD hard drive makes for a nice quiet, and cool running CPU. So far, so good.

    The new desktop purchased with the protection plan is fantastic! So much faster than my prior PC. Just wish I had listened to the staff at my local store and went with a larger hard drive.
