Maintaining my computer with expert checks and cleaning has been a blessing to me. It is covered in my membership and truly pays for itself. That plus the ability to ask questions no matter how "silly" has always been a bonus.

If need longer "lemon" and or other problems, its good to know that Best Buy has me covered.

I have been a member of the Best Buy Protection (Geek Squad) for approximately 25 years. They have always been there to rescue me and my problems not only with my computers, but TV also. They have been so helpful, even coming to my house. They are my fix it angels.

I am no tech person -- not even close, so I had BB do the transfer and set up, and really couldn't ask for a smoother transition. I would recommend Warren for the set up. He was very knowledgeable and fast. He was so great and answered all my questions.
