Excellent PC, Powered by a high-end processor and a dedicated GPU, this PC machine boots fast, loads programs in seconds and runs modern games at 1080p without a hitch. temps stay reasonable under load, and there's minimal noise from the fans unless you're pushing it hard. Every good Pc I would Highly recommend this PC.

Having the added value of peace of mind knowing that a skilled team is able to address any needs is priceless.

Worth the money especially when your manufacturer warranty runs out

Mother Board died on our previous - custom built computer. We had never purchased a desktop computer off the shelf - all our computers had been custom built. I did extensive research on over the counter computers and then I asked Dennis Reed (Geek Squad Technician) for his recommendation. He recommended the very same computer that I had narrowed my search down to. It had Windows 11 - which for once has been an improvement versus the usual nightmare every time Windows changes versions. The computer has performed beyond expectations in all aspects - especially with the setup assistance and refinements provided by Dennis and the Geek Squad team.

This is a must have. Me and electronics don't always mix well. (Oil and water)

We got a new Lenovo - IdeaCentre AIO 27" FHD IPS LCD Touch-Screen All-In-One for Mike. He loves it. He's still on Microsoft, but this is the one to be on. He had true peace of mind knowing Best Buy would take care of his new baby if anything happened.

I have had 2 desktops, a laptop, and an external backup drive worked on. Very professional and thorough. I have the coverage for a year so I can relax knowing my computer related issues will all be taken care of,

I gave this 5 stars because I cannot justify a lesser rating. I have not had occasion to use this, but since my favorite Geek Squad tech, Alex, recommended it. I feel that if I have an issue, I will be glad I did. I usually do not buy protection or warranty offers.

Very helpful in backing up and transferring info from old computer to new.
