I finally decided to upgrade my machine from a 2015 4K, loaded iMac to a CyberPowerPC (purchased from Best Buy). I am a Video Colorist and was feeling frustrated with how laggy my Mac felt when working on longer projects that needed more work like noise reduction, tracked windows, debanding etc. To be fair, this Mac was a wonderful machine to start with when I was building my home studio. I want to start by saying the ease of purchasing this item was a pleasant surprise! Basically, I was able to "custom build" my new PC by filtering the hardware I wanted to start with. 13th Gen Intel i9, Z790 plus ASUS prime (compatible with aura sync), NVIDIA Geoforce RTX 4070ti GPU, 32gb RAM and 2tb SSD...with the light kit preinstalled. The light kit was not part of my decision but a bonus. Best Buy's site showed 1 was left at my local store and I walked right in and purchased that day! This has been a long decision in the making but I was able to get it done within an hour. Set up was a breeze, it looks amazing and I was able to install a Decklink 4k Mini Monitor PCI card in 5 minutes (no previous experience). The price was reasonable considering my original plan was to work with an engineer to custom build my set up. I ended up saving a ton of time waiting on deliveries and the engineer's time. I am not using the keyboard or mouse included. Decided to upgrade to a more comfortable mouse and I have a logic keyboard designed specifically for Color in DaVinci Resolve. I have run a few tests to stress the new build with 4K footage loaded up with complicated effects and can already feel the difference. I'm giving it 4 stars simply because I need more time to really understand how beneficial the switch was and I was a little disappointed a manual/s weren't included in box. Not a huge deal though, I was able to find all the information I needed. I have a lot to learn to really get to know PC's again but I'm looking forward to it! For the record, I will be keeping my iMac simply for an AppleProres render station backup until I'm fully confident in the move.

Very happy to have the Best Buy Protection plan. My 6 month old laptop completely stopped responding for no apparent reason. No lights, no power, no pc. Best Buy covered it and got me a replacement laptop in no time.

Definitely worth the pay cent by cent any claim or issue they fix it or exchange right away this is the best you can add to your electronics and what ever you buy from bestbuy

Definitely worth it in situations where if a water leak happens or something then you are covered. For me my pc is on the middle section of my house but still. Recommended for expensive items

I purchased this gaming computer for my grandson who had been complaining about the speed of his previous computer. Keep in mind his previous computer was purchased from Best buy as well approximately 3 years ago. So I agreed it was time for an upgrade. I have to say I was ready for my grandson to pick this thing apart and give me all the reasons why it was not fast enough or big enough or great enough. However much to my surprise he called me up and said it was perfect! And I asked him to be more specific and he said and I quote " BB everything about this computer is perfect! ".. Enough said! If you are on the fence about upgrading to a faster gaming computer this is definitely worth the money. It is a lot of bang for your book. If it passed my grandson's expectations I'm sure you will not regret this purchase.

I Haven't had to use it yet. but hopefully I want need it. I think the Protection is a good buy for the purchase. better safe than sorry I always say.
