I love Best Buy and cyber power pc is one of the best Brands. This pc is really great and the pros are the graphics card is really fast and smooth and quite. The CPU is also amazing. Also another thing about this pc is that it’s quiet and not loud.

Would always recommend the protection plan you cannot go wrong doing it

I purchased a brand new higher end computer for $3,000 that needed for my business. After 2 months, it would not power on. I felt violated that I spent so much for top quality and that it did not work. I made an appointment with the Geek Squad on the evening it happened, and they fixed it the next morning and I had it back. The fix was a minor random issue with a component. The service would cost $300 if not a total member per the invoice, and if used the manufacturer warranty, it would be gone for multiple weeks. The total membership benefits are the reason I exclusively use Best Buy for any of my needs that their products and services cover. The staff was extremely friendly as well. They were excited to support me and genuinely happy they were able to resolve my issue.

The protection package came in handy when I got a defective desktop. No problems getting it returned and exchanged for a new one. granted I only had the desktop for a day before I had to return it because it didn't work.

Best protection plan you can get in the market gotta keep it

The BEST bang for your buck! You could get an additional factory warranty for significantly higher price but why?! When this option is available at a fraction of the cost and gives u more convenient services. Just having Geek Squad available and the fact that they cover it all from replacement parts to labor you can focus on something other than unreliable factory customer support or *between the “fine print” loopholes and frustration * save yourself the headache and just get the offered Best Buy protection plan. It’s so worth it!

If you going to purchase over 2k. Definitely go with that plan

i think this is a amazing deal having this for most of the things i buy knowing they protect swings me into the store instead of shopping at amazon and other retailers i dont get the added perks i do here plus the geek squad what more can any tech enthusiast ask for so i def plan keeping this membership. at first was heartbroken spending 179 ish for the membership thinking how will it repay itself i didnt plan on shopping much here but as turns out with my business and all it has been a huge budget saver been so worth pays for itself so get this
