I purchased a brand new higher end computer for $3,000 that needed for my business. After 2 months, it would not power on. I felt violated that I spent so much for top quality and that it did not work. I made an appointment with the Geek Squad on the evening it happened, and they fixed it the next morning and I had it back. The fix was a minor random issue with a component. The service would cost $300 if not a total member per the invoice, and if used the manufacturer warranty, it would be gone for multiple weeks. The total membership benefits are the reason I exclusively use Best Buy for any of my needs that their products and services cover. The staff was extremely friendly as well. They were excited to support me and genuinely happy they were able to resolve my issue.
