I feel in peace with my devices because of this protection.

I love how lightweight it is. Works well connecting to the internet and my kindle account. It charges fast and lasts a long time. I love how the screen is softer, if that makes sense, and how it is not like a tablet or smart phone. It is more like the first ebook readers back in the day. I typically love the physical feel of books and love collecting them. However, this is perfect for the guilty pleasure books that I don’t care to admit to reading, nor want to own. and are covered by kindle unlimited and quick to read through! You also get three months free with kindle unlimited when you purchase this, at least I did when I got mine.

Our plans were canceled in error and rebooted, except for our dishwasher, and when it needed service, I realized that Best Buy didn't re-activate it :( so out of luck, have a $900 door stop, Some things they are great on, so I think all in all it is worth the money, just make sure if you extend the warranty you check every single month so they don't cancel without your knowledge. with my ear buds it was not helpful, I exchanged some wireless earbuds and then the CANCELED the warranty on the ones I exchanged for, and their was still at least 18 months LEFT on the original 24 months warranty and it is definitely a defect in the earbuds since it has been 3 weeks and the new ones are now doing the same thing. But now I am stuck with them.

Easy to use; quality great! Everything has been working for the past 2 years with no problems.

Why else shop at best buy with total tech i dont buy anywhere else now with protection on all electronics.

A monthly protection for electronic devices is always a good idea. For tablets, it is very wise with the battery inaccessible. Replacement is generally a brand new tablet of the next generation. I have used this protection several times with Best Buy!

This membership is a real deal plus geek squad, especially when they have to send a geek squad staffs to my house to help me fix or installation for free
