One of the best ereaders I've had. The backlight is pretty good and makes it usable at night, and the screen is subtle enough to be able to read outside in the sun. Amazon has made it pretty easy to check books out from your lbrary and automatically add them, as long as your library allows that feature. There are some issues with certain file formats if you try to add them, and having to use their web based file send is pretty annoying for books you own/buy elsewhere, the ads on the screen while it sleeps kinda sucks, and some of thesoftware functionality is a little bit counterintuative, but not enough to knock off a star. Overall it's a great reader for the price.

I have never had a problem with protection on an item. My only compliant is that is appears that after a cancelling and renewing my membership I lost some protection on recent purchases.

So far so good! My favorite thing about the membership at Best Buy is the ease of mind of having a warranty. I don't have to worry about whether I have one, or fumble to find the paperwork. Anytime I've needed to use it, service has been terrific. I'm less worried about buying electronics for kids.

I love my new Kindel. I take it with me when I travel also. I can just download a new book when I want without going to a bookstore. My granddaughter loves to read so she enjoys one herself. Just so convenient .

It's hard to believe that an Apple Kindle costs the same as it did 5 years ago. What a great value.

I have had my Kindle since 2022. It's still running well. No complaints on this product. I use it every day. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a Kindle.

My daughter uses this everywhere and it dropped once and didn’t break so it’s safe to say it is sturdy. A little pricy for just reading though.

My wife can hardly put it down since Christmas! It’s really loved by her and it’s made her reading experience easy and enjoyable
