    I have had a few defective products and each time I returned them I had no issues. I either got the product replaced or I took store credit. It was my choice.

    This is the best purchase for us. We have had them out and once you pay for the protection you are covered. No extra charge to come to your home. Well worth the money.

    I love the protection plans I have used them several times over the years I also like that as a Total Tech member I get a 2 year protection plan on my electronic purchases for free!

    Great piece of mind when buying electronics. Haven’t had to use it except a quick service call. But it’s good to know we have the geek squad to lean on.
