    Total tech is great they're on time and know what they're doing I've never had anybody have to come out to redo what they did it's done completed and I don't have a problem with it after that.

    I love total tech membership because it has so many plus factors like built-in 24 month protection and so many other plus factors for someone like me who is an older female with limited technical skills.

    I live by this protection plan!! If you have children, please by the protection plan. The games will break and the manufacturer will not cover it. The games cost too much not to ensure. I’d rather pay a small deductible than the entire price to replace a game.

    OH MAN I LOVE BEST BUY PROTECTION. YOU KNOW HOW STUFF BREAKS AFTER A FEW MONTHS THEN NO RETURN NOR REPAIR. NOT WITH BEST BUY. YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND YOUR GOOD TO GO.

    Great buy for anyone not so Tech savy! I know its just another added expense, BUT when theres a problem you will be glad you made the buy! Any problems just head to Geek Squad for assistance and they are so helpful!

    Anytime you buy Electronics its always a good idea to get protection. 24 months is awesome! I love not worrying about Electronics. Make my life easier.
