Love this item - without the water in the door. Freezer on the bottom is great and the shelves on the two side by side doors are very deep - I can really put a lot in them, giving me much more room and visibility.

So far, fingers crossed have not had to have BB come and fix anything. However, I have used the 60 day retune policy once that was past 30 day normal limit. Also, I have used the geek squad a couple of times.

I have had issues with the compressor in an older version of this refrigerator. It went after only 5 years right after the warranty expired. Unfortunately, I had to buy another of the same one as it is a non standard size and the only one that would fit in my kitchen. So far so good and, besides the compressor issue, I think it is a wonderful refrigerator.

Best buy protection plan is great I would recommend.

This is a really nice fridge. Everything about it is just really nice and convenient. The water/ice dispenser is quite responsive and has never had any errors with it. If you want to control your water into your glass, there is a jug in the back that fills up with water really fast. The can take out the jug and just use it to add a lemon into the water and pour it into other peoples water cups. Now the actual fridge, the door is surprisingly comfortable, and theres so much room for lots of items. I could fit so many items and if its full, there is always some room. The freezer a;so has alot of room but I jsut wish there was more compartments for the stuff I put in there. Overall, this fridge is a pretty good and reliable fridge.

I buy a good deal of stuff from bestbuy so the total tech membership works out pretty well. It provides that extra, no hassle warranty hut also because i get discounts that are only available to TT members. So I at first was hesitant to pay for this but its worked out nicely and i would recommend it if you shop at BB often.

Best fridge I’ve ever had. It’s a little slow on making the craft ice but the good thing about the craft ice is it’s about an inch and a half diameter ice ball. I can fill up my cup in the morning and usually at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, I still have ice, my wife flows small because she eats ice every day And although the door alarm can be very annoying at times, because we have kids, we know that we don’t have to worry about the door being left open and stuff getting ruined.

If you’re making some major purchases, it’s worth doing because then you can protect all of those purchases

Like I’ve said, in other reviews that I’ve done I would highly recommend the warranties that are offered. It just seems to be a no-brainer because of something goes wrong with an electronics or an appliance. It’s costing you more way more to fix than it would be with the warranty.

Firm believer in the protection plan and insurance on products.

I am so happy with the protection plan! It makes me feel confident that if anything happens to a product, it will be taken care of.

I am mostly happy with this refrigerator; however, we are having some issues with things freezing when they are stored in the back of the refrigerator. Need to look into why this is happening and what we can do about it.
