For the price, I recommend it. No hassle returns for 90 days. additional year of warranty for 2 years. Its a no brainer

We love our new refrigerator! It's roomy and has the perfect arrangement of shelves for our family. We love the 2 different sizes of ice cubes it makes, and the ice tastes great! (our previous fridge had funny tasting ice). It's quiet and keeps every item at the right temperature.

I have had the Best Buy Protection for several years. I am very happy with it. It pays for itself every year.

Works great so far! We measured it very carefully and it perfectly fit our space. The height of the TV not including the hinges was perfect for us as the hinges do not have to fit under our cabinets.

I'm happy with the new fridge, but installation did NOT go well. Yes, it is a bit loud, but I don't even notice it any more - in my opinion, a great value for the money. As for installation, I cannot recommend Best Buy. The first installer team said the water valve was broken b/c water was coming out of the existing line when turned off and I'd need to call a plumber. So I paid $150 for a plumber to come out to tell me the valve was fine. He simply put a bucket down, drained the existing water from the line, and screwed in the new line. Super irritating and unnecessary additional costs.

My fridge of 10 years had stopped working abruptly and a replacement was needed ASAP. I purchased this fridge on Black Friday 2021 and was excited it met the budget. Although, I was kind skeptical at first because samsung fridges have mixed reviews. I took the chance and it was a relief because my fridge works excellent. There are no issues with it. It’s been 2 years worry free. The only thing needed to be replaced is the water filter every 6 months.

I love my fridge! The only thing I don't like is the freezer door does not open as wide as it should. It does like the first 2 times, then somehow the teeth on the wheel reset and it opens only about 12" wide. I also don't like how if the power goes out the controls inside blink. That being said, my food is well chilled, it lasts so much longer than my old fridge, and it isn't making my electric bill go crazy.

Got lucky on an open box. The refrigerator is perfect. Havent had any issues. The space and lighting are two of my favorite parts along withcthe retractable shelf that assists in storing taller things.

This refrigerator is very quiet, the ice is made quickly, and I'm happy with it — it works wonderfully. I recommend it to everyone

Given that I purchase almost all of my appliances from BB given the great service I have received over the years, I decided to become a Total Member. Well worth it and provides peace of mind knowing that I have the coverage.

The Samsung Bespoke refrigerator we purchased is a daily joy. I absolutely love the design and features. My favorite is the cold filtered water always ready in the in-the-door pitcher. Spacious and attractive. There is a solid feel of quality to the refrigerator.

Lots of space only slight downside is ice storage . Smaller capacity but top freezer drawer has dedicated space to put ice . So far no issues and delivery was great.

the added insurance will give me peace of mind and not worry about out of pocket repairs.

I know the manufacturer has a warantee but noelw best buy dies too snd honestly im likely to go to them long before i contact samsung.

This fridge is amazing. The first time owning a french door fridge, and it is great to be able to open on side to access it, keeping the internal temp cool. Also the adjustable shelving was easy to adjust.

Excellent investment for the home, spacious, comfortable and fun, with a large smart screen, what I liked the most is that from the outside you can see the inside of the refrigerator without having to open the door I recommend it 100%

It’s worth it because of the services you get when you buy every appliance from them. From delivery to pick up for disposal of old appliance.

Great warranty protection, especially if you shop at Best Buy a lot.
