It’s suit to my need. Very convenient. Large capacity and easy to use.

This machine cleans well and is quieter than my previous front load washer. My only issue is that the controls are way too confusing. With no real manual to consult, it is frustrating. Are the choices on the left just for show? Online manual is no help.

Loved the Samsung washers, but the delivery was a bit of a letdown. One came all busted up and it took an extra week to get a replacement. Plus, the techs who came to install it weren’t the friendliest. The washer itself is top-notch, though!

This machine does everything it claims to do. The laundry comes out clean with very little detergent, it's quiet and looks good. It cleans my largest bed linens with no problem. it fits easily in my laundry alcove freeing up space for a place to hang shirts etc. I highly recommend it for single and retired people.

Great washer and dryer set. Both have the steam settings so if you need something really clean and then need wrinkles out, bam. Done. The black stainless is awesome looking. Super easy to use with the dial selector. Quiet enough that it’s not too obnoxious and loud enough so you can hear it running. Quality machines. The install team was awesome and got in and out in less than 30 mins. And with the 45 day price match the value was awesome as the dryer went on sale for another 100 bucks off and the washer for 150 more two weeks later.

If your a frequent Best Buy patron and especially if you have children you purchase gaming and computer accessories for them this is a no brained thing to have. I’ll gladly renew yearly as Best Buy is top notch when it comes to making sure you are protected from any issues you may have with devices you purchase from them.

The best buy protection plan is worth every penny, especially if one has multipe electoronic product.

A protection plan is always a good idea for your appliances. This plan covers everything even when the warranty doesn’t. You may not need it but if something happens then it will save you money and that’s a good thing.

I’ve been very happy with the two LG washer and Dryer units. We’ve had them for a year now and no complaints. I’ve owned LG products on the past, not the washer and dryer but they are working as well as my other LG appliances did.

It has been over a year and I have to say of all the washer and Dryers I have owned this one is my favorite. Easy to use, washes clothing well and even has a reminder to clean the machine on a regular basis. Never hand anything come out not well washed or damaged very happy with my purchase.
