I have used warranties from Best Buy’s more than once. Great piece of mind on such a major purchase.

There's too many moving parts not to cover yourself with a protection plan.

Having the protection plan gives piece of mind, we purchase alot through bestbuy and having the protection plan is a must. Wahers and dryers arent made like they use to be and having protection plan on them helps if issues should arise

Love this washer and dryer. I use my phone to get updates on how much longer till thw cycle is finshed.

Great machines the one flaw would be the pedestal washer doesn’t fully dry and our laundry is a little cramped with the drawer open. The pedestal washer is perfect for intimate items, etc.

Like all of the extra personal settings you can do on your phone and get text alerts when the cycle(s) are done or if anything is wrong. It'll tell you when to clean the lint trap. Clothes get dry so fast.

It is very nice. The wireless option mywife love as a good reminder to clean the tube and run a cycle. This was new and we did not know this until we got some support from the app. Alexa also announce when the cycle is done. We do not use the remote function at all.

Just like the ones we had at the house we moved from, but newer! They work beautifully, have the deep fill capacity (helpful for removing pet hair) and play a nice little song when cycles are done. Can't complain about that!

Both dryer and washer are great.... but some problem with motherboard on the washer and now I am on to buying a new one as the parts are expensive... realized there's no warranty on chips/electronic components.... the door wouldn't open and the service specialist from Best Buy had to open it from inside... well GE is good, but we got unlucky wit washer?

Recently replaced older GE model compact washer and driers. These are awesome. They are quieter, more efficient, and far more advanced. You can run these from your smartphone. We also set up drier as ventless. One of the first I've seen of its kind. So far a great purchase!

Love it,i get notifications on my cell and my TV, if I'm watching every time the load is done. Little expensive but it was worth it,

Loving the machines and having zero issues but so glad I got the protection plan on every unit I purchased from Best Buy as I needed it for other units and they jumped on the repairs. Highly recommend Best Buy protection plan

super sleek & modern design. customizable wash cycles & drying cycles, the ai wash is my favorite feature.

We have a big family with six boys. That's a lot of laundry. This is a fantastic washer that has held up to the duty cycle that we throw at it. And easier enough to operate that those same boys can do their own laundry. Now that's a great product.

Love my washer and dryer. I love the idea that I don’t have to keep checking to see if the machines are done. All I have to do is check the app and I get notifications.

I love this washer and dryer. They work perfectly. Washer has smaller area on top you can wash small clothes when you needed.

Whats to say, its Best Buy protection. Its fantastic and well worth it, especially if you buy a lot of cool stuff from their stores. - And the LG Washer & Dryer these are attached to have been fantastic
