I am not one to buy insurance on stuff or extended warranties but this program made sense due to rebates & cost savings. On the day of install the contractors thought I had a bad dishwasher and it needed repair. When they installed it, it displayed a code that the manual said call a tech. No suggestion of a fix. So I called total tech. Within minutes I was offered a repair date or a replacement date even earlier than repair. Not wanting to keep a dishwasher that was broke before I used it I asked for a replacement, sure no problem. 2 days and it will be there and the old one needing repair will be hauled out. Just as simple as that. Meanwhile the contractors figured out they had not removed a plug from the plumbing they installed, so they removed it, checked the dishwasher and it is running as expected no codes. I called and cancelled the replacement but I have to tell you, knowing it was that easy sure gives me peace of mind.

I have this protection and have been trying to get my dishwasher fix, replace, refund for almost 6 months and no one is helping me find a solution. Every time I call, I'm told different answers and transfer to different people and my last 2 tech appts were canceled with no explanation. I'm waiting for a In home escalation call within 24-48 hrs and it's passed that time frame. I had to replace the trims multiple times and the tech is telling us there's nothing wrong with the dishwasher. Very frustrating as this plan is supposed to dealt with this issue. I'm filing a complaint next.

I purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator and within 2 months we had to have it serviced. The service repair caused a different problem, and we have been waiting several months for a new part. Meanwhile, the freezer is frosting over and Best buy says that thier super duper extra warranty I paid for doesn't cover anything. Don't buy extended warranties from Best buy!

I bought this oven a few years ago I never used the oven because I do construction and I was working out of town plus the start went out on the polite I don’t think it’s worth buy in my oven. Still has stickers on it

This is the 2nd delivery & install of this exact same dishwasher in a 7 week timeframe. Its just me & my wife that live in our home so it doesnt get ran terribly hard, but for some reason the first one quit working right after about 5 weeks. The bigger issue is the install team for the 2nd dishwasher did a terrible job. Not only did they show up 90 monutes late without letting us k ow they were running late, but they didnt install it properly. It works/runs like it should, but it doesnt look right. When we mentioned it to them, they told us thats how its supposed to be. Its sticking out further than it should, and the stripping on the side is sticking out when it shouldnt be. Would NOT recommend both this dishwasher & this install team

The only dislike I have regarding this Range is the flimsy two oven racks that it comes with. For this price they should have added a sliding rack and a third rack.

I can’t not rave about geek squad enough. My family loves gadgets and games and electronics … but we have no idea how to work on them lol. These guys are super cool and so smart. They can pretty much fix/upgrade/modify anything. Brought my PC to them for a diagnosis and they knew exactly what was wrong with it, fixed it, upgraded it and it took them no time. It was very affordable and it works better than it ever has. I love these guys so much and I truly appreciate them. I brag about them every chance I get and always recommend them because not everyone who enjoys electronics knows how to work on them. Please BestBuy, never ever get rid of those guys!

Best Buy Protection is worth the money. I have it for all of my appliances/computers. I've only had to use it once but it was seamless process and I was immediately given a replacement.
