If you have a Total membership, it's great to have this as a perk. It's saved me on a few purchases, but the cost for adding it is usually too high for individual purchases.

I find the addition of product protection is worth it. Just like car insurance, you are glad you have it if the situation arises where you need it. I have bought several of these plans and the peace of mind in itself is worth it. I actually had occasion to take advantage of the plan years ago when I had an issue with a TV. It was easy to get in touch with them and the issue was resolved in a timely fashion without a problem. Remember to save the receipt. The only reason I did not rate a five star was because I would have preferred an easier way to get a written copy of the plan. There was no option for it to be mailed. Amore tech savvy person could probably find an easy work around.

Protection plan has changed over time and not as good of a value as it used to be, but one yearly charge for all my items is hard to top. Just wish it was able to be chanfed to 5 year coverage instead of 2 years then having to pay monthly.

Forgot I even had it not I'm glad I do. Available 24 hours work have is mind.

This has been helpful and although the cost seems high, the perks you get are well worth it. I wish it still covered ALL the delivery, as in the past; now just most of the delivery costs. I have had this about 4 years now.
