I would recommend to everyone to get the product protection on all of their products.

This is essential on all products used that can be damaged.

The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and understanding. There were no techs available in my are three times so they kept rescheduling.

NO hassle return. They repair or replace. Downside is sometimes it takes a few days to get an appt.

Easy installation and professional and friendly staff

With my BB Membership I got an extra year of warranty automatically on my new large kitchen appliance.

Was helpful for my mom’s new place but didn’t use it enough to justify.

I got the protection w/a new dishwasher. The dishwasher broke after a few months. Called BB and was told that I had to call the manufacturer for warranty work. After a few more calls, got through to the company (Kitchenaid) and eventually they provided the repair. Now it is broken again. Called KitchenAid, they tried to sell me their own extended service plan. When I said that I just wanted to arrange for service, they put me on hold -- that was about 45 minutes ago. It has broken twice in a year, BB protection has just been to tell me to call KitchenAid. Not particularly helpful.

Always able to fix something not right or replaceable not fixable item with same price

The geek squad has been excelkent in answering all of our questions. They are polite knowledgeable and patient . I would give them a ten if I could.

Bestbuy protection is an excellent option for me. I'm always finding ways to use it for my residence and summer home. For example I recently purchased two Belgium Waffle Makers so that I don't have to pack one between homes. Because I received the sales information early I was able to buy both for less than half of what one normally sells for!
