We have purchased so many great products from Best Buy under this plan we have had little reason to use it, with one exception where a manufacturing defect prompted us to return an expensive appliance. You would have to be crazy not to purchase the Protection contract. For me a nerd with no computer understanding The Geek squad were patient and knowledgeable explaining everything. They wouldn't let me leave until i felt secure in my numerios purchases.

It gives us extra piece of mind knowing that all of our purchases will automatically come with extended warranties (up to 24 mo.) because we purchased the Totaltech Membership, so far we're EXTREMELY happy with it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Why we're "EXTREMELY" happy, because not only do we get extended warranties and a longer return window we also get free installation for our Best Buy purchases. Our membership covered the entire cost of installation of our new appliances (Electric Range & Over the Range Microwave Hood), plus installation of 4 TV's mounted on the wall, 3 soundbars also mounted on the wall under the TV's and we also had an in wall plug installed behind one of the TV's which hides the cords inside the wall. All the installers have arrived on time and have all been very professional - we HIGHLY recommend!

This is the ONLY way to fly !!!! I’ve had the protection for years. There’s no telling how much money it has saved me. I used to have ate h to come to my house that worked by the hour which was much cheaper than taking to a computer store. Then I found the Geek Squad at BEST BUY. I bought it a number of years ago. It has more than paid for itself. I set up appt and take my computer for whatever reason it’s acting up which is quite often. They take care of me in a timely manner. I can take my computers that I bought somewhere other than BEST BUY!! So I highly recommend to anyone that has computers or appliances to purchase this.
