I can not express enough how much I love this plan

I’m really glad I got the protection - I have had to use it a couple times for different items. Paying once for the protection but getting it to cover all of my new appliances, computer, and TV is awesome. I recommend it! (4 stars though because it’s a bummer that I have to keep renewing it to keep the apple care. That kinda sucks).

The tv itself is good, it says it’s Alexa enabled but it’s really not. So that’s a minus. I bought it and it was missing the screws for the stand and the batteries for the controller (box said it came with). I emails support and no reply and chatted with Best Buy and the person on the other side was a pretty much take it or leave it kind of associate. Didn’t apologize, offered a discount or even shipping of missing items. It was not a big deal, I know. But when you purchase something from a reputable business you kinda expect great customer service and better communication.

I’m really glad I added the Best Buy Protection Plan to my purchase. It gives real peace of mind knowing that if something goes wrong, I’m covered beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. The process is straightforward, the Geek Squad support is easy to access, and I don’t feel stuck stressing over repairs or replacement costs. For expensive electronics especially, the protection plan feels worth it and takes a lot of worry off my plate. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants extra security for their tech.

This service has saved me a lot of money over the years. Free delivery and installation makes Christmas shopping more valuable. Have used it for great discount prices, free RING installation, free tv delivery and setup, laptop servicing, pc to pc data transfers (new pc setup) and the 24 month extended protection/service which doubles most mfr warranties. For the cost this service is a no brainer. 2 years ago I bought 3x car remote starters with free installation. MSRP was $300 each. With this plan I paid $100 each. MSRP total of $900 only cost me $300. The plan pays for itself with every BEST BUY purchase.

If I could I would buy 100 years worth of Best buy protection!!! They should get into making contraceptives and military weapons because they always offer the best protection you can get when it comes to electronics!!! They never let me down and I will keep on getting this product every time I buy my stuff at BEST BUY!

This plan is useful if the item is something I expect to use heavily or keep for a long time. I like having protection for electronics because repairs can be expensive and annoying. It also makes me feel better about the purchase overall. The downside is that it’s only worth it if you’d actually use the coverage, so it’s best on higher-risk or higher-cost products.

I really do appreciate all the help and my protections on everything that I own from Best Buy. I never have issues a problem, except with certain people that work in the store but when I get the supervisor and talk that I have the total tech protection plan through Best Buy everything is covered thank you so much.

I love Best Buy‘s total protection plan. I’ve bought electronics from other places and went through a lot of hassle to get the item covered under warranty. Geek squad takes a look at it and if it’s broken they give you a gift card for the total purchase price including taxes for a replacement. That is the main reason why I keep coming back to Best Buy is because of the total protection plan

I am not very familiar with technology but I try to understand and solve problems on my own. The availability of the Geek Squad at Best Buy reduces anxiety with electronic or technology purchases. The staff at my location on McKnight Road in Pittsburgh is very friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and always ask if there is anything else they can assist with. I feel more confident with my purchases and the ability to use them because of the Geek Squad. The Best Buy membership is worth the services received.

I have used the protection program for years. It has been great. My kids have been hard on things I have bought. But thanks to protection program I have had a very easy time replacing the broken items. Computers, TVs, and other things. I always get the protection programs. I have always been happy with their service and ability to replace my items.

You can protect everything you buy at Best buy. We have it but there guality of products may make it unusable, but just in case

I always get th 2 year warranty as a Best Buy Member. Get the membership and this comes with every purchase.

Genuinely so helpful. I buy quite a few things from Best Buy and the one thing I like is the fact that if theres an issue with the product or an accident happened, I have protection. I have the Best Buy Total Membership which gives me 2 years protection on all future purchases. Worth the money.
