I have been pleased with the protection. For my washer I was totally not happy and had to write a complaint against Best Buy. Once the complaint was filed they agreed to work with me and allow me to return the product for full refund

One off the best thing is warranty. Have use geek squad.fixed every time.

This is something I have purchased for many years . Actually worth every penny I pay.

I hate these kind of programs, the few times I have used something similar, I did not get any value out of it. I dug my heals in but my Wife insisted we get it. So, as it turned out, we got our money's worth out of it. Bought a Dishwaster and it died, it was fixed no fuss no muss. My wife was pretty hard on Laptops. She did a lot of work on them and would fail just short of the 2 year period, well, it was handled. The gaming computer I purchased had a bad over heating problem, the labor was handled, all I had to do was purchased a liquid cooling device to remedy that problem. All I can say, I am happy my Wife insisted on this program, and definitely encourage others to consider it.
