I upgraded to the membership for the protection plan back in 2023 and in my opinion it has already paid for itself. The numbet of devices I have on the plan I would have been paying much more upfront.

The Samsung NEO QLED TV with a sound bar was the best purchase I could have made. The picture quality and sound are fantastic. It was easy to set up and looks and sounds great.

I normally decline most extended warranty offers, but somehow I bit on Best Buys Total Tech program awhile back, wondering if it was really a wise bet. I got my answer (big time) a few months ago, and confirmation of my choice just a couple of weeks ago ! I found myself needing to replace my computer in May of 2022, so my TT membership helped a lot in the replacement & upgrade to Windows 11. Little did I suspect that just 5 months later ( 10/22 ), my large screen TV would expire & I would find myself in the market for a replacement ( and upgrade ). So for the 2nd time in a 6 month period my Total Tech helped in the process. Now I know that I should be "all set" for awhile, but I'm definitely keeping my TT status active. THAT Best Buy purchase is truly a BEST BUY ! ! ! I Hardily recommend ! !
