Wow, just WOW! If you are coming from a 1080 tv, then you will NOT be disappointed. The menu is easy, the screen is huge, and the quality is top-notch. I stream from an Nvidia 4K pro box and an 8K HDMI cable and I see it, see it all. Sports look like I am right there at 50-yard line seats. LED light a must for behind the TV. And the black color is black!

This has been the best TV purchased i have made in years. I moved up to the 85 inch Samsung for my recreation room. It was delivered by 2 gentlemen that were truly professional one week before the Super Nowl. The took the time to review the tv remote and all the features

Our first Samsung was a 65” QLED and with the move to a new home and larger wall bigger is better! Great picture quality and sync’s easy to Samsung sound system.

Game changer. No longer do I need to buy separate insurance coverage for each of my items. Total Tech covers everything, even dead pixels and accidental breakage (but of course you pay the deductible). This is a great deal especially if you buy lots of newer electronics or big appliances. Yes the price is $200, but if you buy a lot from bestbuy like i do, then this is more than worth it.

I purchased a Samsung Frame TV in an insanely large dimension and I'm so grateful to having the Best Buy 24 month program. As part of the program, professionals will come and mount your TV for free! Good lord, did they struggle trying to get it mounted given the size and the complexity of the hangers used by Samsung for this model, but they got it flush mounted and it looks great!

I have enjoyed my Sony Smart TV for 2 years now and it plays just as if I just installed it today. This was a great buy.

We purchased the Bravia XR-77A80K in July 2023. We paired it with Sony’s HT-A7000 soundbar and SW3 subwoofer. After 6months of use, the TV is good but glitchy. It has excellent picture quality which Oleds are known for. However, we have experienced multiply occurrences of the system freezing and going totally black with lights down the left side of the panel. The only way to recover is to unplug the tv and let it reboot. We paid for the Geek Squad to investigate but found nothing wrong. So, we go on tolerating the instability of the tv. The other annoyance is the TV’s center channel sound goes in and out on certain broadcasts when using Sony’s soundbar center sound connection. This causes the user to have in increase the volume during the broadcast and decreasing the volume during commercials. This is also quite annoying. For the $4000 spent on the package, we are a little disappointed with our purchase. The tv’s operating system seems unstable and proned to freezing for no known reason. Geek Squad unable to rectify.

What's not to like about best buy tech support? I used to work for the place, so I know my stuff here. These plans are incredibly useful if you are going to be purchasing anything expensive. Highly recommend! I have plans covering all of my home electronics, especially my TV!

I love my C3. I was agonizing on whether or not to spend $$$ or go budget on a new tv. I am so glad i decided to make this choice. You will not be disappointed with this TV.

A very nice theater like pic! The TV would not turn on with the Direct TV remote. Best Buy geek squad and repair teams had to make four trips to my house. Twice they replaced the TV and once replacing the entire brains and finally some simple update was completed in a matter of minutes and everything has been perfect since.

TV has great color, quality and sharp pictures. It’s sound is also very good. The large screen gives it a movie theatre quality. It is worth the price. I would buy it again, and I highly recommend it.

The sound bar is perfect! Also tech recommended a rack that screws into the back of the TV that makes the sound bar close and snug.

Got this tv to replace my ten yr old Sony 60 inch and I cant complain one bit. Tv compliments, my PlayStation 5 perfectly.
