What can i say? Things happen and when it does make sure your protected. Dont be the person that says itl never happen to you. I was that guy and my tv cracked back of uhaul truck fully protected in blankets and bubble wrap. So yeah it happens.

What can I say, it's a protection plan and it makes me feel more confident/safer for having it on such an expensive and fragile purchase..

I’ve had a great experience with Best Buy’s device protection. It’s given me peace of mind knowing that if something goes wrong with my tech, I’m covered. I like that I can go into Geek Squad, and run by them some questions. I am a programmer with some experience with hardware, and I appreciate getting a second opinion. Geek Squad handled everything professionally, and they were knowledgeable in their field. It’s definitely worth the extra cost, especially for more expensive devices. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants that added layer of security.

The Geek Squad personnel, a team of two people, who installed my TV were highly professional and efficient. They made me feel confident in their abilities to install my TV and get it up and running. They were very courteous and answered all of my questions.

I like the peace of mind knowing I can call someone to come fix my technical issues, and if something goes wrong that is not fixable I get a replacement right away.

It's nice to have best buy protection I have called and they have been helpful and always willing to come out if there are any major problems.

I just transferred over from Windows 10 to end. It's 11. I like to learn trying to get used to what I need to do to accomplish what I want to accomplish. computer is very nice. I like it. mouse and keyboard are little bit on. The cheap side of seems to kinda travel and check when I press the keyboard. block myself. A new keyboard to replace it. otherwise it's a nice computer. Seems to do what I wanna do. Problem is probably me. Need to do a little more learning.

So far so good, very easy to use. It most definetly seems like a good deal for the protection it offers.

Amazing TV! Stunning picture quality, especially after some tweaking with setup. I love how you can tweak pretty much everything in the settings of this TV including fine tuning of the picture.

Hope I never need to use it. Pray it's worth every penny if I do
