Excellent Phone fast pictures are wonderful. Best purchase of me in a long time

Product excellent but as far as the geek squad.....Sorry, was nice enough but not impressed with skills for the tech person I had. Don't know if guy I had was new, but needed better knowledge for some basics. I ended up having to call a friend and doing some of the set up myself.

For some things and some benefits I had to upgrade so I would say when the time comes you should upgrade cause it would help in the long run.

I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G 128GB (Unlocked) from the store in Frederick, MD, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The phone is sleek, fast, and provides excellent value for the price. The setup was seamless, and the performance so far has exceeded my expectations, especially with its vibrant display and long-lasting battery life. The store staff were helpful and made the process smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend this phone to anyone looking for a great device at an affordable price. Five stars all the way!

I always get the monthly protection plan because things just happen and we cant predict what will or will not happen. Spend a little extra to get the protection plan for your gadgets.

Having the Best Buy protection plan gives us comfort that if we have a product issue we can contact Geek Squad at BB to schedule an appointment to help identify the issue. We have experienced product issues in the past and instead of having to send it back to the manufacturer Geek Squad was able to find the problem saving time and frustration.
