When buying high priced items you always want to save money but getting insurance for certain items is key. When I buy new phones over $1,000 I get the as a value add. You never think about insurance until you need it.. When my wife last new phone broke and we didn't get the insurance that really hurt... It won't happen again.

I upgraded from Samsung Note 20 Ultra to this Samsung S23 Ultra. I told myself before that without the Note series, I will never go back to Samsung again but alas, it seems that the s23 ultra is like a combination of S and Note series. The unlocked version is the best version besides Bestbuy offers 24 months to pay. The phone is fast and responsive specially the finger print reader. Unlike my previous phone that is hit or miss. The camera of the s23 ultra is much better in low light and more stable in every scenario, though dslr, mirrorless cameras are better. Aside from these attributes to this phone, the software and future proof upgrades are welcomed incentives. I'm a T-mobile subscriber so I can maximize the potential in terms of speed and unlimited data and also hotspot for this device. A lot of great features too which I can take advantage of The color of the screen is bright and it's good when I'm under the sun. Overall, it's a worthy upgrade.

I am a big fan of Best buy and there is no better place to buy an expensive phone such as the Samsung Galaxy Fold 7. All my purchases are protected, again, another great filling when spending that amount of money. Thank you

Total Tech membership is an excellent way of getting warranty for all your electronics. I buy most, if not all my electronic devices through Best Buy, and knowing that paying a one time fee per year to cover all my electronics puts my mind at ease. Also, having an extended return period of 45 days allows me get a price match if the item goes on sale or return it if there is a better item I want down the line. I can give you an example, I bought a cheap projector to get familiar with projectors. I played around with it for a few days and then I decided that I wanted a bigger and better projector. Best Buy took my cheap projector back and I ended up buying a higher end projector. I made the exchange at the store and picked up my brand new projector without a problem. Almost forgot, TT has exclusive events for people with a membership. If you are looking to get hard to get items like PS5, Best Buy TT has you covered. I've seen many events that are exclusive to TT members only. It's a great way for Best Buy to show support to people that have the membership.

Love affing the extra coverage to all of my purchases.

The protecting plan is a great thing to have. I suggest that to anyone.

Geek squad is great never had an issue with returning a product that may need work. If replacement is needed they will replace orbgive you a refund for what you paid.

I have been protected by the Geek Squad for the past 12 years, and this investment has paid off in service, repairs, and replacement items.

This is great that if the product is damaged by accident, they will cover the product repair.
