Excellent experience with a very well educated gentleman named Hunter at the Eden Prairie Outlet. We came back today because of our experience in December when buying a open box TV for our bedroom, which by the way is amazing. Today we purchased the Sony for our guest room & what a great deal with attentive service.

It gives us extra piece of mind knowing that all of our purchases will automatically come with extended warranties (up to 24 mo.) because we purchased the Totaltech Membership, so far we're EXTREMELY happy with it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Why we're "EXTREMELY" happy, because not only do we get extended warranties and a longer return window we also get free installation for our Best Buy purchases. Our membership covered the entire cost of installation of our new appliances (Electric Range & Over the Range Microwave Hood), plus installation of 4 TV's mounted on the wall, 3 soundbars also mounted on the wall under the TV's and we also had an in wall plug installed behind one of the TV's which hides the cords inside the wall. All the installers have arrived on time and have all been very professional - we HIGHLY recommend!

Always get the protection, you never know when you will need it

It is beneficial to have extended protection, but follow-ups become necessary if the Best Buy store is unable to address the issue. However, the primary drawback is that contacting the main Best Buy center can be extremely time-consuming.

Protects my stuff without failure. I haven't ever had to use it but thats part of a protection plan like this. For full disclosure I have the Total Tech Membership and get a lot of these for free. Totally worth checking out that membership

I have been a member for over 4 years. During that time I have saved over $1500. With membership, you get also 24 months warranty on purchases, 60 days to return item, With the tech help to fix issue, scan for viruses, transfer data from old device to new one. These options Save you lots of money and frustration. It is great to have them on your side. Everyone is very knowable on this units. just make a appointment to drop off or pickup up your unit.
