We have only had to use the protection once so far! Thankfully. My DJI Mimo dropped off a table the first day I had it. When I came back home from my trip I was able to bring it in and they sent it in and sent me back a brand new one. Everyone was so helpful and I'm thankful we had the protection. Praying I never drop it again.

Great warranty and it is coming handy. i love buying stuff at best.Buy.Because with my monthly membership, I just add it there and the warrant he's already included. i don't have to keep track of all the little fiddly, warranty papers or receipts.Everything is just stored at the store.

The Geek Squad techs are great. They pay attention to your problems and fix them. I've brought in 2 phones and 1 laptop to be fixed. They also go above and beyond fixing issues you might have in the future.

THe service from the Geek Squad is top notch. The y are patient, attentive, and make sure you are satisfied and have all your questions answered before you finish with them.
