I buy all my electronics and gaming items from best buy because I have the membership. I have had to replace a couple items and with this membership it was super easy. Best Buy has always been super helpful and never given me a hard time when replacing or repairing my items while I've been a total tech member. If you are not a Total Tech member I would highly recommend becoming one!

One guy did take our laptop completely apart to put in a solid state drive and tore up our screen hinges. They fell apart a week later and 3 screws fell out of the computer. Geek Squad said the Guy didn’t take it apart. The guy told us it had to be totally taken apart to get it in. Geek Squad is t always truthful. They also tore off the rubber grippers on bottom of the laptop. So they had to either drop it or scrape them off when they took it apart.

Technology has a life span things are not built to last forever so having a safety net is very important. You can also renew online through your best buy account. I find it valuable and I get the support when we walk in our appliances for technical support or replacements.
