Has a clean sound and deep bass, clears out any outside noise when wearing both ear buds at the same time. Only dislike I have is being careful while cleaning them, a q-tip can easily puncture them and you'll hear less bass coming from them

A lit of of things can happen in life, and a great way to stop problems from happening is having a way to ensure that everything will be fine. And the way that i make sure that us the case is thanks to the Best Buy protection plan, which ensures that all my purchases are safe from anything that can affect these ones from working or properly functioning thanks to geek squad.

The membership that is open for purchased for a nominal fee may be of some beneficial to the buyer. It has lots of advantages especially if you have multiple homes. The advantages is the delivery and installation of the items purchases. Many other businesses have a flat fee for delivering and installation is another flat fee. In my health condition being physically impaired these services are like a star falling from the sky. Is good and worth every penny the membeeship cost. I am residing in rural area and the employees have to travel more or less 2 hours just to deliver an item, with costs of fuel rising that equates to big savings.

Havent had to use yet but had previously and was useful when needed it.

so far it's working out ok took in the old desk top but the mother board n hard drive was fried

There are some challenges to the protection plan that I wish they eould improve. For instance, each employee administers the protection differently. One may replace the product, one might tell you to repair, one may refund (gift card) but deduct repair fees even though it's not being repaired, it's being replaced and another employee doesn't charge repair fee. I never know what to expect. If you have children with games, controllers, and headsets, it is definitely a great idea to purchase the plan. There are perks such as free delivery, although I don't utilize it much and the extended retirn time.

I am so glad I have this plan It's a Geek Squad Protection which offers coverage for mechanical failure I also like this because there is no contract and you can cancel anytime.

Always a plus with Best Buy! Their Products, service programs and Geek Squad also a plus!
