Very rewarding and easy to use helps me protect my investment

I absolutely love this product. I didn't realize my carpets were so dirty.

This is a must have for all loyal BB customers. We have bought it for years and have been extremely pleased sith their attentiveness to our problems any time one surfaced. Theie employees are always professional and genuinely concerned. We buy all of our electronics from BB, mainly because of this protection plan.

No need for it and hopefully never have too in our TV life time

With my Total Rewards program you get the 2 year protection plan. After the 2 years you can do other plans, I chose the monthly, and if saved me a lot of money. Had a TV go bad and the plan gave me a new TV. When you spend good money for something its nice to have the protection.

Takes the work of monitering all the warranties. Now in one place for i price. The best thing about Best Buy products are the warranty. Everything has a life span and when it dies you get another one via warranty with a continuing warranty on it. A good deal.

The protection plan is worthwhile in my opinion, but as a total tech member, I expect that my membership covers costs of service calls also (otherwise, why pay the almost $200 a year). Due to policy changes about a year ago, service calls are now $99 + tax which is unfortunate and makes you question the benefit of total tech / the warranty
