I can’t say enough good things about the Monthly Best Buy Protection plan! It’s such a great value for keeping my gadgets safe from unexpected issues. Had a tv go out an my protection covered me and they gave me a tv that was newer model and didn’t have to go through congress to get it approved.

I've bought insurance for basically all electronic items I've ever bought from best buy. The only item that I've ever had to replace would be around the neck bluetooth earbuds.. And even then it was NOT the quality of the product itself., but rather my fault around babies and them pulling the wire out by accident. But went in and got item replaced without any hassles 05/2025.

The best check I had was named Josh who came by Thursday to try to fix my Hisense 2K TV. It was not acting right. It would turn on turn off after updates and I found out most of their products after a year does the same thing I could get Google Express to work? He did a factory hard factory reset for the type I could do cuz he had to put codes in it and it worked perfectly. When he left I tried had to set up my other apps but I couldn't go through Google Express. It wouldn't accept my password. I'm worried about it. I called him back and he said Miss Vestal. That's what I was talking to you earlier about on those TVs that probably was the board and when it goes out it it's not worth fixing it. It would cost you more. I agreed and I said I'm going to sleep on it and think what to do next whether to get another TV well with God's help. An idea came because I prayed to him saying help me and I remembered I have two accounts with Google one for emergency. In case I can't get any other one, I used it and it worked perfectly. Everything is fine now. I called Josh and told him well. I tell him just in case you have this problem with anybody else's if they don't have to to emails. But with him checking everything out getting my Google Assistant to work. I appreciate it. I asked for his card and I told him if I have any more problems I'm going to directly ask for you only. Even though he came out of his way out of the humble store in atascocita for my grandson works, there is a reason why I went there personally. First. He said I didn't mind coming out here so thank you for a great text and Greek Squad. Josh did a wonderful job

Love being a Best Buy Member for it not only helps if something breaks down but having 0% interest on my purchases during a certain amount of time is priceless & saves you hundreds in money depending on how much u purchase but has paid for itself more than enough times on my bills! Definately a must to have! If i could rate it 10 stars i would!
