I’ve had to use my insurance a few times in the past. I didn’t always though. At times I would buy something and it would get damaged the same day with my luck. Since then, I’ve made sure to get insurance with each of my products.

We have been very satisfied with the Best Buy protection plan. We just had to use it and it took a bit longer than we had expected, but it did help us out.

If you buy a lot of techy items, this is a MUST. It even makes returns and/or exchanges easier.
