I do not always buy the extra protection depending on the product.Of the store but this time with best buy seem to be a nice advantage with a few extra perks.

The protection membership encourages me to buy products at bestbuy rather than other stores. Why? It stops working, I have an option to get it fix or return!

Replacement process is pretty good, but some products aren't worth the cost to get this if you aren't getting it with a membership plan.

The protection plan is great. Give great piece of mind should the TV develop a problem.

Ill rather waste money on making sure my items work fine than not and then breaking and having to buy new ones.

Customer service is always very helpful in situations when I have issues. One of the main reasons I purchase from Best Buy is because of their protection. It makes me feel confident in what I'm buying.

I was skeptical at first. I have been a very long high Rewards member. Best Buy changed to this new system and I now am glad I have it. I have bought enough devices that is pays for itself to have the protection

Pros: Love the size and material is it made out of. Very good quality and quiet typing which is always nice. You can bluetooth up to 3 devices (tablet, phone and computer) and switch between them very quickly which is nice for multitasking. Love the gunmetal color it has and enjoy using it with my phone for notes. Type c charging which is always convenient. Cons: This keyboard doesn't have a lift pegs to prop up the keyboard which sucks at times. It also doesnt have backlit keyboard feature unfortunately. All in all I believe this was a great buy. Would recommend mostly for multitaskers like school students and traveling employees.

We continue to use Geek Squad for all our installs and any problems we have. They are very knowledgeable and get everything fixed. With our total tech subscription we find we are covered all around.

Just great to know that I have this Protection for many years to come

it's great I strongly recommend it. My vacuum broke and I walked in with it and walked out with a new one. I only pay $1 for the taxes.
