With my Total Rewards program you get the 2 year protection plan. After the 2 years you can do other plans, I chose the monthly, and if saved me a lot of money. Had a TV go bad and the plan gave me a new TV. When you spend good money for something its nice to have the protection.

Sound quality and noise cancelling are outstanding but after a year and a half of normal use the right side sounds like the wind is blowing in my ear but stops when I play sound. I also found they fall out of my ears easily - no way I could go for a jog with these. Plus when they start to fall out and I try to push them back in, I end up hanging up the call. Disappointed in Bose in these. Thankfully I have the BestBuy 2 year coverage because I’m returning these and going back to AirPod Pro. Connectivity was wonky too.

Monthly protection is affordable and reassuring, especially for electronics you rely on every day.

Everytime iv had to return a product that stopped working they would just give me a new one. My $300 asus pc monitor stopped working and they looked at it and gave me a brand new one!!!

I haven't had a chance to use it just yet but im looking forward to it.

I never thought about gettkng this, but in the long run it was worth getting it.
