Absolutely best thing that I’ve used at a Best Buy as far as service and recommended to anybody and everybody as the best go to product for your devices for coverage.

It performs very well and the signal is great. The ethernet ports wor good too.

This has saved our butt a couple of times. Most recently we had an item that went out on us and was still under warranty because of this. We went into the store and they were unable to fix it so they replaced the item, gave us a new warranty and because the price had decreased, they also gave us a gift card for the difference. I would most definitely recommend it. .

Ive never had ear buds fit so nicley and snug in my ears. I love the design and i love using them. No ear pain. It doesnt slip out or anything. The sound quality is what you would expect from the brand. I would recommend this product.

We love almost everything about the Total tech program! some of the changes, like not everything is free delivery or install have been taken away, but it is still a great value!
